Please note, all services provided by
Clear Price Oven Cleaning and its Oven Cleaning Specialists are
subject to the terms and conditions below:
1a. All members of Clear Price Oven Cleaning have the right to a
safe working environment and to be treated with respect.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, violent or
otherwise inappropriate behaviour.
Please note the police will promptly be called in the event of
any physical or verbal violence or abuse.
The oven cleaning specialist must be allowed to freely exit the
building with all tools and equipment.
Any retaliatory actions made by the client both on-site and
after clean. Including intimidation and damage to property by
the client or parties acting in the client's behalf will be
prosecuted to fullest extent of the law.
1b. At all times, Clear Price reserves the right to refuse
service including but not limited to the following reasons:
health and safety.
Clear Price Oven Cleaning has the right to cancel or reschedule
a service in cases where an accident or any unexpected
circumstance has befallen the oven cleaning specialist.
In addition, extreme weather, flooding, snow and other
circumstances outside Clear Price Oven Cleaning control may
result in a clean being cancelled or rescheduled.
In such circumstances any reschedule cleaning will receive a £10
discount.
1c. In the unlikely event that one of our oven cleaning
specialists injures themselves and becomes unconscious or
suffers stroke or heart attack medical assistance must be
provided and the ambulance called. Such assistance and safe
retrieval of any equipment afterwards will result in a reward of
appreciation paid to the client of up to £1000 at the discretion
of Clear Price Oven Cleaning.
2. Public liability
Clear Price Oven Cleaning hold full public liability insurance
as well as being fully insured for both the items being cleaned
and anything on the premises.
3. Payment
Payment is due on completion of work along with any charges
incurred via card or bank transfer. The client must make payment
before Clear Price Oven Cleaning specialist leaves the premises.
4. AGA Cleaning:
The client must turn appliance to its lowest setting the day
before the clean is due to take place. Failure to action this
may result in Clear Price Oven Cleaning not being able to
complete the service requested and a £60 call out charge being
charged to customer.
5 Access
5a. The client is responsible for providing access to the
property at the scheduled time. If keys are provided, they must
open and close all locks. Failure to provide access to property
is subject to 100% of the total order being charged to the
client plus a £60 call out charge.
5b. Parking is required outside (or near) property. If Parking
permits are needed the client must be provided upon arrival.
Failure to provided permit will result in Clear Price Oven
Cleaning not being able to complete the service requested and a
£60 call out charge being charged to customer.
5c. If pay display parking is near the property either on street
or via car park. Clear Price Oven Cleaning reserves the right to
charge flat rate parking charge of £10.
5d. Failure to provide access to hot water and electricity will
result in Clear Price Oven Cleaning not being able to complete
the service requested and a £60 call out charge being charged to
customer.
6. Pricing
Our prices are fixed and are VAT free so you have nothing extra
to pay.
6a. Please note our price lock guarantee applies only to service
selected and does not include any charges that the client might
incur, or any additional services requested at the time of
clean. This may include but not limited to, filters, standard
oven and extractor bulbs.
6b. Landlords/ letting agents (if agreed at time of booking)
within 28 days. After 28 days £60 late payment charge will be
added onto your invoice amount.
7. Inspection:
7a We carry out a full inspection of the oven appliance before
commencing work.
Any additional faults identified during a clean will be
highlighted to the client and added to the inspection report.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any known
issues. The appliance must be in full working order including
any hobs, hot plates, extractors.
Clear Price Oven Cleaning reserve the right to cancel the
cleaning service either on the grounds of failure to disclose or
upon failed inspection.
If the clean has to be cancelled due to the client's failure to
disclose a known issue, we reserve the right to charge a £60
call out charge. No charge will apply for failed inspection in
cases where an issue is unlikely to have been known by the
client.
7b. If any bulbs are not working, we must be informed at the
time of clean. Please note we will replace standard bulbs
subject to stock availability for free as part of any saver
package or a £5 per bulb charge will apply.
8. Charges and penalties.
Clear Price Oven Cleaning reserves the right to charge the
following charges:
Failure to disclose. £60
Call out charge £60
Late payment charge of £60
Parking (pay and display on street and car parks close to
property) £10
Failure to provide access to property is subject to 100% of the
total order being charged to the client plus a £60 call out
charge.
9. Appointment time/ Arrival.
9a. Clear Price Oven Cleaning we alway endeavour to be on time.
If we are delayed due to traffic, we will notify the client of
the delay.9b. Any delay of more than 30 minutes from the agreed
time will be subject to a £10 discount at the sole discretion of
Clear Price Oven Cleaning.

9c. Clear Price Oven Cleaning reserve the right to cancel or
reschedule a service in cases where an accident or any
unexpected circumstance has befallen the oven cleaning
specialist.
In addition, extreme weather, flooding, snow and other
circumstances outside Clear Price Oven Cleaning control may
result in a clean being cancelled or rescheduled.
In such circumstances Clear Price Oven Cleaning will notify the
clients affected and try to reschedule at a time and date
suitable for client and for Clear Price Oven Cleaning.
10. Cancellation policy
10a. If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so no
later 48 hrs before your appointment if cancelled within 24 hrs
of appointment, a charge of £60 will apply.
10b. In exceptional circumstances Clear Price Oven Cleaning will
waive charge if client has had a medical emergency, gone into
labour, been in traffic accident or suffered a death in family.
The client or a member of the family must inform us via
telephone or email as soon as possible.
10c If the client or anyone in their household has covid the
client must immediately inform Clear Price Oven Cleaning. In
such cases we will reschedule, and no charge will be applied.
This process is the same for any infection's disease as we take
the health and safety of both our clients and ourselves
seriously.
11. Claims
11a. The client agrees that due to the nature of the service,
Clear Price Oven Cleaning guarantees only to correct any
problems reported within 24 hours of completion of the service.
(Any claims made after this period will be considered void and
settled)
The client agrees to inspect work immediately after its
completion and to draw attention to any outstanding cleaning
issues while our oven cleaning specialist is still on site. The
oven specialist will carry out any such additional work to
customer satisfaction.
11b. If the client or any third party instructed by the client
are not present at the time of service, then no claims regarding
cleaning issues can be made.
11c. Clear Price Oven Cleaning along with its oven cleaning
specialists will not be liable for any existing damage to
client's property in the form of old stains, burns, scratches,
dents and the like which cannot be cleaned/removed using
industry standard cleaning methods. We will not be liable for
any damages worth less than £50.00.
11d. Clear Price Oven Cleaning can not take any responsibility
for elements malfunction after the clean, if customers oven is
over 3 years old (evidence such as receipt must be provided, or
claim will be considered invalid)
11e.No claims related to replacement bulbs will be entertained-
11f. In the event of a valid claim an oven appliance repair
technician will be called, and repair cost paid subject to
repair technician confirming the damage is a direct result of
our cleaning. If it is not, we will only be liable for the call
out charge and any additional cost must be paid by the client.
If the whole appliance needs replacing this will be processed by
our public liability insurance and subject to their processing
times.
Please note any attempt to commit insurance fraud or any use of
false information to commit any type of fraud will be prosecuted
to the fullest extent of the law and the insurance providers.
Any claim will be rendered void and settled. The client would be
liable to Monetary compensation as well as legal fees.
11g. Clear price Oven Cleaning will not be liable under any
circumstances for any loss, expense, damage delay, cost or
compensation (whether directly or indirectly or consequential)
which may be suffered or incurred by the client arising from or
anyway connected with its failure to carry out its services as a
result of factors outside its control or those covered in the
terms and conditions.
In addition, we will not be liable under any circumstances for
any loss, expense, damage delay, cost or compensation (whether
directly or indirectly or consequential) which may be suffered
or incurred by the client in the client has outstanding balance
aged 30 days or more from the date the payment was due.
11h.In case of dispute, Clear Price Oven Cleaning at its
discretion may choose to clear the invoice (this would not be a
refund as we don’t take payment until the day of cleaning) thus
rendering the service provided free to the client. Such a
provision is not a client right and a waiver would need to be
signed relinquishing all future claims.
